God cares about your work.

We exist to raise up missional leaders for the
flourishing of Indianapolis.

Circle City Fellows is a nine-month spiritual leadership formation experience steeped in community and committed to the city.

Our inaugural class launches in September.

Why Here & Now?

Because the majority of Jesus’ followers are missing the fact that what they do is meant to be aligned with God’s mission, and that it is just as important as their pastor or priests’ work - it is ministry! They don’t have to leave their work to enter into ministry. Their work, in God’s eyes, is meant to be ministry.

But God’s call for followers to see their work as intrinsic to His mission goes beyond its impact in their workplace. It’s meant to impact the city!

How American Churchgoers SEE Their Work

“I can clearly see how the work
that I am doing is serving
God or a higher purpose.”

“I believe the work that I am doing is just as important as the work of a pastor or priest.”

What’s the Connection?

Almost four out of five churchgoers doubt that the work they do is equal in importance to the work of a pastor or priest.

During the past year, fewer than one in five churches publicly dedicated or commissioned their members to serve God in the places where they work.

“We’re not relief or development, but we are restoration.”

Circle City Fellows Founder and Executive Director David Bell has spent the past two decades in leadership development. Now, compelled by a vision for God’s people to understand God’s heart for their work, he’s furthering the conversation of faith and work in Indianapolis through CCF.

Become a Fellow.

Circle City Fellows exists to raise up a generation of missional leaders for the flourishing of Indianapolis, and we would love for you to be among them.

If you’re a young adult follower of Jesus in greater Indianapolis with a few years of experience in the workforce and you’re hungry to know how your work intersects with the heart of God, we invite you to apply to become a fellow.

Our fellowship is a nine-month formative experience of weekly cohort gatherings, monthly Saturday forums and quarterly weekend retreats. We understand that this is an investment of your time, and we are committed to making sure it’s a good one.

Whatever your current role, you are welcome here. If you’re walking with Jesus and are eager to find meaning in your work, we would be honored to have your voice in this conversation.

“We learn best when we wrestle with ideas and sharpen each other as a family of faith, no matter our vocation.”
