Applications for the

Class of 2024-2025 are open!

Somewhere we lost the understanding that God created work and called it good.

THE MAJORITY OF JESUS’ FOLLOWERS ARE MISSING THE FACT THAT WHAT
THEY DO IS MEANT TO BE ALIGNED WITH GOD’S MISSION.

WORK, IN GOD’S EYES, IS MEANT TO BE MINISTRY.

In the story of God’s good creation, God placed humanity in a garden and invited them to care for creation and to know God deeply through their work. Then work became broken. It lost its meaning and began to feel like frustrating toil. Today, the same Creator invites people into the restoration of all creation through cultivation
and creativity.

“We learn best when we wrestle with ideas and sharpen each other as a family of faith, no matter our vocation.”

— Jim Morris, Former CCF Board Member and President & CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis

Because we passionately believe that God created work for good and that your work is meaningful to the mission of God and the flourishing of your city, we created a nine-month spiritual formation experience that centers around this belief.

Growing Through Experience

God Cares About Your City.

God’s call for followers to see their work as intrinsic to His mission goes beyond its impact in their workplace. It’s meant to impact their city!

“The fellowship program has been a transformative experience for me. From personal spiritual growth to professional development to a new understanding of God’s work in Indianapolis, this program has ignited a new passion to use my skills and abilities to impact others.”

— Justin, Fellowship Alumni
