Our mission is to help young adults see that their work is meaningful and we do that through a nine-month experience.
The fellowship focuses on these key areas of professional development, personal development, and civic engagement.
The Format
The fellowship is made up of weekly cohort meetings, monthly Saturday forums and quarterly weekend retreats.
Weekly Cohort Meetings
Every week you will meet with your cohort to discuss readings, through spiritual disciplines, and share personal and professional development plans.
Monthly Saturday Forums
Once a month you will meet on a Saturday to learn about what is happening in the city of Indianapolis. Two key questions we ask ourselves during these Saturday forums are: "What makes a thriving city?" "What's your next right step to contribute to that thriving?"
Quarterly Weekend Retreats
Once a quarter we will take a weekend retreat as an intentional time away focusing on going deeper into spiritual and personal formation.
The Details
Tuition: Tuition is $2,500 for the entire nine-month program (including all materials, related events and trainings). Limited scholarship assistance is available. Please note on your application if you would like to be considered for a scholarship.
Payment: Those who have been accepted to the program will secure their place with a $400 deposit by July 1, 2023. This is the first payment of the overall tuition cost. Fellows can pay the tuition cost in full or by paying the deposit and then three installments over the course of the program (Sep. 1, 2023 | Dec. 1, 2023 | March. 1, 2024).
Application and Acceptance Timeline:
March - May 2023: Receive applications
April-June 2023: Conduct follow-up interviews
June 2023: Send invitations to Class of 2024
July 1, 2023: Receive commitment from Fellows
Key Dates for 2023-2024 Cohort:
We understand that Fellows may have to miss occasionally, for work-related travel or important personal commitments.
Opening Celebration: August 30, 2023
Closing Celebration: May 9, 2023
Retreats: September 8-10, 2023 | January 12-13, 2024 | May 11, 2024
Weekly Cohorts: For weekly cohorts, we will offer both a morning and an evening option beginning in September and ending the week of May 2, 2023.
Saturday Forums: October 7 or 14 (TBD), November 11, December 2, February 10, March 9, April 13
