Fellows Spotlight | Mitch Davis

The fellowship experience through Circle City Fellows gives Fellows a structured environment to learn about how their work is meaningful to the Mission of God and to the flourishing of the City of Indianapolis (and beyond). During nine months, Fellows create deep connections with their peers, focus on building spiritual and professional practices, and create tangible ways in which they can impact their place of work. WHAT DO YOU DO/WHERE DO YOU WORK?

Employee Benefits Consultant

I DECIDED TO DO THE CCF FELLOWSHIP BECAUSE...

it creates a unique space for self-discovery and collaborative growth.

IN YOUR CURRENT WORK (WORKING FULL TIME/PART TIME, GOING TO SCHOOL, AND/OR RAISING CHILDREN) HOW DO YOU SEE THE MISSION OF GOD AT WORK? IS IT EASY FOR YOU TO SEE? IS IT DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO SEE?

Professionally, my work is centered around business leaders and how they can improve the lives of their employees. It is fulfilling to contribute to the wellbeing of an organization, whether that be their financial situation or their physical/mental health.

BY THE END OF THE FELLOWSHIP, I HOPE TO HAVE…

developed authentic relationships and defined what the best version of myself looks like across all aspects of life.

Elizabeth Caudle
I am a photographer in the Indianapolis area that specializes in capturing the essence of the moment. Our lives are made of moments and the ability to keep some of those moments forever is a wonderful feeling. Whether you have kids, are engaged, or are a senior in high school, I would love to talk to you about capturing your moments.
