Join a network of leaders as we learn to integrate our faith, work, and love for our city.
Through our fellowship programs and other offerings, we help young adults in Indianapolis learn that their work matters to God and matters to the our city.
Transformed people transform workplaces, and then our city flourishes.
Somewhere we lost the understanding that God created work and called it good.
THE MAJORITY OF JESUS’ FOLLOWERS DON’T SEE
HOW THEIR WORK IS ALIGNED WITH GOD’S MISSION.

Only one-third (30%) of churched adults can clearly see how the work they are doing is serving God or a higher purpose. Over two-thirds lack clarity on how their work connects with God’s purposes.

Almost four out of five churchgoers doubt that the work they do is equal in importance to the work of a pastor or priest.

During the past year, fewer than one in five churches publicly dedicated or commissioned their members to serve God in the places where they work.

IN GOD’S EYES, ALL WORK CAN BE MINISTRY.
In the story of God’s good creation, God placed humanity in a garden and invited them to know God deeply through their work of caring for it. Then, work lost its meaning. It began to feel like frustrating toil. Today, the same Creator invites people into the restoration of all creation through cultivation
and creativity.
A Prayer for Our City
Our Commitment to God-Honoring Unity & Diversity
As a faith-based organization, we are motivated in this endeavor by the image of God’s kingdom described in Revelation 7:9, where Scripture says, “After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.” We are committed to reflecting this image of God-honoring unity and diversity.
Therefore it is our desire that CCF’s participants and affiliates reflect the demographics of Indianapolis and the full diversity of God’s creation. Toward that end, we welcome and encourage individuals of faith who identify as belonging to a diverse community to apply to our fellowship programs.
We are dedicated to being an organization where all are welcome, included, and valued.
God Cares About Your City.
God calls Jesus-followers to see their work as essential to God’s mission. This goes beyond its impact in their workplace. It’s meant to impact their city!
