Your work is meaningful.

In the story of God’s good creation, God placed humanity in a garden and invited them to care for creation and to know God deeply through their work. Then work became broken. It lost its meaning and began to feel like frustrating toil. Today, the same Creator invites people into the restoration of all creation through cultivation and creativity.

Your daily work is meaningful to the heart of God.

Circle City Fellows exists to raise up a generation of missional leaders for the flourishing of Indianapolis.

We believe God’s people are meant to do the work of God in the space where they spend the bulk of their time – their workplace.

We equip and empower young adults to seek the welfare of greater Indianapolis by helping them understand how the work they do each day, when aligned with God’s heart for mission, is ministry.

We guide our fellows through a nine-month leadership formation experience made up of weekly cohort gatherings, monthly Saturday forums and quarterly weekend retreats.

The Circle City Fellowship is:

Community focused

We seek the welfare of greater Indianapolis.

Personally formative

Fellows develop character and connect with God through intentional spiritual practices.

Relationally connected

Fellows belong and are known by their cohorts.

Culturally relevant

Fellows learn to practically engage in their local context.

Theologically rooted

We look to Scripture and theology to center our understanding of God’s mission.
