Fellowship Overview

Many of us face doubts and discouragements in our work. We want more out of our careers, but we often feel a lack of purpose in what we do and how it connects to Christ’s kingdom.

Does God have more to say about our work than just making it to the weekend?

Circle City Fellows helps early- to mid-career Christians serve God, their neighbor, and society through their work. Over the course of this holistic nine-month program, participants gain new friendships, a clarified sense of calling, and a greater connection with God at, and through, their work.

The Experience

Circle City Fellows offers a nine-month spiritual leadership formation experience for young adults focused on personal formation, professional development, and civic engagement. To this end, the experience for Fellows will be:

  • THEOLOGICALLY ROOTED

Scripture and theology center our understanding of God’s mission.

  • COMMUNITY FOCUSED

Seek the welfare of greater Indianapolis.

  • RELATIONALLY CONNECTED

Belong and are known by their cohorts.

  • PERSONALLY FORMATIVE

Develop character and connect with God through intentional spiritual practices.

  • CULTURALLY RELEVANT

Learn to practically engage in their local context.

FORMATION & LEARNING

CIRCLE CITY FELLOWS IS BUILT AROUND FIVE SPECIFIC LEARNING FORMATS, INCLUDING:

  • Saturday Forums with local civic and business leaders to learn what makes our city flourish
